We visit and measure
Our team visits the property anywhere in Zimbabwe and takes precise measurements. Your local contact, whether that is a family member, tenant, or caretaker, simply needs to provide access for about an hour.
You approve the quote and pay the deposit
We send you a detailed, itemised quote on WhatsApp. Once you approve it, we request a minimum 30% deposit to confirm your order. We accept EcoCash Diaspora, WorldRemit, Mukuru, Western Union, and international bank transfer.
We fabricate in our Harare workshop
Your product is custom-built in our own Harare workshop using 6.38mm laminated safety glass. Nothing is imported flatpack. Fabrication typically takes two to four working days depending on the size and spec.
We install, photograph, and send you proof
Our team fits the product, cleans up, and photographs the finished job. We send you photos and a short video on WhatsApp so you can see the result before paying the remaining balance. Most customers settle the balance the same day.

How Long Does It Take

A Rental Property in Harare, Paid From the UK
The owner contacted us on a Wednesday afternoon via WhatsApp from Birmingham, UK. Their tenant needed a proper shower cubicle installed in the rental property. We visited the property in Harare on Thursday, measured, and sent a detailed quote that same evening.
The 30% deposit arrived via WorldRemit on Friday morning. We fabricated the cubicle from 6.38mm laminated safety glass over the weekend and installed it the following Tuesday morning. By midday we had sent the owner a full set of photos and a short walkthrough video on WhatsApp. The balance was settled that same afternoon.

After installation our team photographs and videos the completed job and sends everything to you on WhatsApp before we request the balance. You see the finished product in your property before paying a single dollar more.
Every product we install carries a 24-month guarantee. If anything is not right we return and fix it at no cost. On diaspora orders specifically, if the product does not match what was quoted, we redo or refund, no argument.
Yes. This is how most diaspora orders work. Give us your local contact's name and number and we handle all the coordination for the site visit and installation day. You only need to be available on WhatsApp to approve the quote and view the completion photos.
Most orders are completed within 2 to 7 working days from the day we receive the deposit. One to three shower cubicles typically take around one and a half days for installation. Larger or multi-product orders may take up to seven working days. We give you a specific timeline when we confirm your order.
